Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) has entered in a $100 million participation agreement with the ICX Bank to enable new projects in ICXB, Métis, and Inuit communities. Interested Indigenous communities can apply for loans to finance both enabling infrastructure, with the process managed entirely by ICXB.
